Veteran Actor Farooq Sheikh Passed Away Due To Heart Attack

Bollywood Veteran actor Farooq Sheikh dies on Saturday morning in Dubai due to heart attack. He died at the age of 65.

Farooq Sheikh is specially known for his contribution to parallel cinema in the
1970s and 1980s. He is best known for his role in Satyajit Ray’s Shatranj Ke
Khiladi (1977), Noorie (1979), Chashme Buddoor (1981), Garam Hawa (1973) and Kissi Se Na Kehna (1983).

The actor who started his career in Bollywood in 1973 with ‘Garm Hava’, was the host of most popular Zee TV talk show ‘Jeena Isi ka naam hai’.

Veteran actor Farooq Sheikh was last seen in the film ‘Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani’ as the father of Ranbir Kapoor.
